We seek to create a school community where both students and staff feel a strong sense of belonging and can build positive relationships and connections. Our SPIRIT Values are central to building our positive college culture.

At Foxwell State Secondary College it is an explicit expectation that our students, staff and community, model our College SPIRIT Values at all times. Our students are explicitly taught what these values look like throughout the year with reminders  and re-teaching for those students who find these values challenging to live by.

In building positive relationship with the wider community outside our gates we ask that the SPIRIT Values form te foundations of those relationships also.
