Tennis

Congratulations to Indyanna Stevens, Scarlett Smeltz and Bonnie Smeltz on making it into the 13-19yrs Tennis Broadwater District team. Recently these girls trialled for a spot on the South Coast team, with Scarlett going on to win and gain a spot on the 4-person squad. She will be travelling to the Sunshine Coast to compete for a position in the QLD team.

Girls Rugby League

Well done to Tiana Te Maari, Chezaan Kainui and Panatahi Awhikau-Tonga, as they have been selected in the Broadwater District Rugby League team. Soon they will attend a trial at the Tugun RLC to play for a spot on the South Coast team.

Swimming

We have a team of 8 students attending the Broadwater District Swimming Trials. This trial is for students to be selected for the Broadwater District team. Good luck to all students and we look forward to hearing how you all go. 

Broadwater Sport Trials

A reminder to all students who are interested in trialling for a sport at District Broadwater level, must email their interest to trial to Mr Taylor at stayl328@eq.edu.au.

You need to include your name, DOB and which sport you intend to trial for. I will then send you the note and details of the trial for you to attend. NO NOTE, NO TRIAL!

As a general rule, you should only trial if you are playing your preferred sport outside of school at a high level.
