Dear Foxwell families,

Our next P&C general meeting will be held on Tuesday the 22^nd of November at 6pm in the Learning Hub. This is our first face to face meeting this year, all others have successfully been held via zoom. Please come along and join us for our last meeting of the year. New members welcome. Our current treasurer is stepping down at the AGM in March due to his own personal workload so we will be calling out for new treasurer. At every AGM in March all executive positions are vacant and a new team are voted in which may consist of existing members returning or new executives. If you are interested in a role on the team please contact me at pandc@foxwellssc.eq.edu.au for information.

I am very pleased and super proud to announce that the P&C are the new owners of a popcorn maker that was purchased through a grant that we recently applied for. Thank you to Councillor Donna Gates for the grant, and to Michelle our grants officer for making this happen! Michelle and I went into school last week to try it out and handed out popcorn to our lovely administration staff in the office. We can’t wait to use this fantastic machine to serve our students at future events.

Thank you also to Woolworths Coomera East for supplying two fruit platters recently for worldwide teacher appreciation day.

I look forward to seeing our committee on Tuesday, anyone is welcome to attend.
