Head of Year 9 | John Morris
It's hard to believe we're in Week 7 of Term 1 already!
With assessment drafts, final submissions and NAPLAN all on the horizon, it can be common to feel worried and anxious, particularly during these times, it’s important to know you’re not alone.
We often don’t think about preparing for class as being a part of the learning process but forming habits such as being early to school/class, reviewing your work and asking questions when you don't understand will help reduce these feelings. You can always ask for help if you need it! These will all help with your readiness to learn which will help build the skills that will allow you to learn the course material with confidence. This will help you understand new concepts, build confidence and influence your success now and into the future years of learning.
