Year 9 and 10 Humanities

Students in Year 9 are completing either History or their elective Humanities subject - Ancient History, Geography, Economics & Business or Civics & Citizenship.  Please look out for the assessment calendar that will be released shortly.  Most Humanities subjects will receive their tasks sheets in the next few weeks.

Students in Year 10 are continuing their History studies, by examining Rights and Freedoms in our world after World War Two.  They will be completing a research task on an event or movement of their choice and will receive their task sheets for this in the next couple of weeks.  

We would also appreciate your assistance in ensuring that students bring a notebook (they may leave these in the cupboard in their classroom if they want) and pen for each lesson.  Whilst we use our iPads for various activities, students are required to work in their notebooks as well.  Unfortunately there are a large number of students who do not bring a notebook or pen to class and this is impacting their learning.  We appreciate your support in your student's learning.
