Our Year 9 students will be participating in our Future Anything program this term and next term. This program aims to transform young people's passions and curiosity into innovative ideas that make their world a better place. In this program, we aim to connect students to the real world with authentic 'future ready' curriculum that embeds entrepreneurship into their lives. Students will pitch their enterprise ideas and prototypes in class in Week 8 of Term 3 and will present their ideas either through a tradeshow display or an invitation to pitch at our showcase event the following week. Any student who wishes may also nominate for the National Finals that will be held in November this year.
As part of this program, we would love to invite members our community to participate in a variety of ways with our students to build their entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. If you would like to offer your expertise and experience, then we invite you to use the QR code below to complete our survey for how you might assist and we will be in contact with you very soon.
We are looking for mentors who are willing to talk with students about their ideas, prototypes and pitches and give them advice on how to improve, questions they might not have thought of or anything else that might assist them.
We are also looking for people who would be willing to present a masterclass of 20-30 minutes to a group of students on areas such as: marketing, logos and branding, product packaging, financials, Canva, prototyping of different kids such as physical and digital etc.
Finally, we are looking for people who would be willing to be on our judging panel for our Showcase and Tradeshow.
If you feel that you can assist our students in any way, please use the QR code to complete the survey and we will be in contact with you.
