The first 5 weeks of term 3 have certainly flown by. I want to thank our families that engaged in Student-Led conferences this week. These interviews are important in the communication and collaboration between our dedicated teachers and valued parents and guardians. When our students know we come together to support their learning and success at our College, it assists them in understanding their strengths, goals and challenges and that we are progressing to best support their learning experiences. If you were unable to attend these meetings, please reach out to your child's teachers to have these invaluable conversations, so we can provide your child with the best possible educational experience at Foxwell.

On Wednesday we recieved the exciting news of our new Principal to Foxwell State Secondary College. Ms Melanie Harth will begin at Foxwell in week 7. She joins us from Springwood State High School and has many years of experience in education. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Foxwell families for welcoming me into the community. I have thoroughly enjoyed working at the College over the past 15 weeks and being part of your child's learning journey. I wish our Foxwell students and families all the best, and look forward to seeing and hearing the amazing opportunities that continue to be offered to our students as the college continues to grow.
