We are excited to be supporting our Year 10 Semi Formal committee with raising money to assist in this event later in the year. In addition to supporting this cause, we are working on another fundrasier which will aim to supporting a local charity. We are busy brainstorming ideas and can't wait to announce our chosen event and local charity we will be supporting. Stay tuned!

Northern Collegiate
We are the 2023 Northern Collegiate Team from Foxwell State Secondary College! Northern Collegiate is a program which runs here on the Sunny GC and engages Year 10 students each and every year. The Foxwell Northern Collegiate Team have been working incredibly hard to receive donations from multiple different businesses in the local area, in order to support Australian wide charites including: Animal Welfare League, Rosie’s, Pregnancy and Family Support, Hearts Purple, Stationary Aid, Cancer Council and Hope in a Suitcase! While our students are actively supporting the community, they are also learning vital leadership skills; shaping them to be successful young adults in the future. Be sure to keep a look out for a Noodle Drive which will be taking place throughout the next few weeks. More information on this will also be provided on Student SharePoint.
THRIVE Program
For the last 5 weeks, a select group of Year 9 and 10 male students have been partaking in the THRIVE program. This program is run by Zeb Taia (former profesisonal Rugby League player) and the AIM Foundation, and facilitated by Mr Jesse Way. These students have been learning about the importance of opening up, being honest and respecting themselves and others. We are looking forward to seeing how these boys learn and grow and use these skills to spread kindness and demonstrate leadership in the school community.
I look forward to continuing to update our school community on all of the amazing success that our students are having here at Foxwell and supporting them in achieving their goals!
- Jay (Head of Student Success)
