Just a reminder that our Student Code of Conduct lists items which are prohibited at school and which are considered a major breach of the Code and as such will attract a serious consequence which could include suspension or exclusion.

This prohibitions are inclusive of when a child is in school uniform whether on the school grounds, on the way to or from school on public transport or elsewhere in the community. In addition, photos or videos on social media of students in uniform which shows the student in possession of, or using, any of these items, will attract a similar consequence.

Foxwell Student Code of Conduct pp34 – 36 details:

• Student is/was in possession of substances/objects readily capable of causing bodily harm and/or property damage (e.g. matches, lighters, firecrackers, petrol, lighter fluid, aerosols).

   

• Student is in possession of knives and guns (real or look alike), or other objects capable of causing bodily harm.”

   

• Student is in possession of or is using tobacco, alcohol, other prohibited substances or implements such as but not limited to lighter, matches, cigarette papers, vaping device.

   

• Student is in possession of or is using illegal drugs/substances/imitations or implements such as, but not limited to cones, cutters, bongs, papers, lighters, matches, pipes, needles, syringes.

   

• Student is/was in possession of substances/objects readily capable of causing bodily harm and/or property damage (e.g. matches, lighters, firecrackers, petrol, lighter fluid, aerosols).

   

• Student is in possession of knives and guns (real or look alike), or other objects capable of causing bodily harm.

   

• Student is supplying tobacco, alcohol, other prohibited substances or implements such as but not limited to lighter, matches, cigarette papers & vaping device.

   

• Student is supplying illegal drugs/substances/imitations or implements such as, but not limited to cones, cutters, bongs, papers, lighters, matches, pipes, needles, syringes, scales and baggies.
