Student Resource Scheme Invoices
Student Photo Day - Monday 8th Feb
School photos are scheduled for Monday 8th February. Individual student photos will be taken on this day for all students. These photos will be used to form a cohort photo package, available for purchase by families. This is the only opportunity available throughout the school year to purchase your student's photo, and cohort photo.
All students are required to wear their formal school uniform on this day.
The photo taken on Monday 8th February will be used for student identification cards which are included as a part of the student resource scheme. Parents and carers have the opportunity to purchase a personal photo pack as per the attached envelope as well as a cohort photo. The cohort photo is of all students in the year level, individually photographed.
All students must present their photo envelope to the photographer on the day (Monday 8th February). Orders can be made online or alternatively cash may be placed in the envelope for return on the day. Please ensure you enclose the correct money as no change is available.
If your student is absent on Monday 8th February there will be a catch-up photo day on the 19th February.
Please take a moment to read the following additional information from MSP Photography.
Payments
- Ensure your order is placed by photo day to avoid any late fees.
- Ordering online using your child’s Unique Shoot Key is the easiest, safest and most secure way to order. If you do not know their Unique Shoot Key, please call our office on the number below.
- Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or money orders only. The correct amount needs to be put into the envelopes, as the photographers do not carry change. All credit card orders must be placed online using that child’s Unique Shoot Key. Unique Shoot Keys cannot be shared between students.
- Orders placed after photo day will incur a $20 search fee. Please advise parents to call us to organise any late payments. Late orders are not processed until payment is received.
- Parents can pay for all of their children’s orders in one envelope. Please write all the children’s names on the one envelope that contains the payment. Each child requires their own envelope on photo day to ensure their order is placed and processed (even if the payment is in a sibling’s envelope).
- If enclosing payment inside an envelope, please ensure the correct money is provided as no change is given. Cash, cheques and money orders are accepted.
- Don’t seal envelopes inside each other. You can pay for all children in one envelope, however each child needs to have their own envelope on photo day. Please indicate on the child’s envelope that contains all sibling payments the names of the children you are paying for.
Envelopes
- Spare order envelopes are provided for the school office. These can be handed out upon request to any new students, or anyone that has misplaced the original.

Foxwell is excited to announce that Choir will be starting in 2021.
Any student who would like to join is welcome. No audition or experience necessary, just come along and sing!
We will be welcoming Ms Kate Shaw to conduct the group who has experience conducting a range of different school choirs and can’t wait to get started with the first ever group of Foxwell singers.
The group will sing lots of different musical styles and we aim to have the choir performing for the school and the community as soon as possible. Rehearsals will run on Monday morning 8th February from 7.45am until 8.45am in the Lecture Theatre. These rehearsals will be on every Monday morning. We can’t wait to see you there!

Parents and Carers,
Head lice has been detected in the school.
It is extremely important for you to check your child’s head for head lice.
If you do find head lice, commence treatment immediately and be sure to complete the process of treatment. This will help prevent head lice from spreading.
Remember to keep checking your family member’s heads every 2 days until there are no head lice found for 10 consecutive days.
For further information regarding treating head lice, refer to the Department of Health’s factsheet attached to this article.
Your local pharmacist can provide advice regarding head lice treatment options and head lice combs.
To reduce your child’s risk of getting head lice, make sure that long hair is tied up and discourage children from sharing their brushes and combs and having head to head contact with others.
Remember - Anyone can get head lice: they have no preferences for cleanliness, hair colour, hair type, ethnicity or age.
If, for any reason, you are having difficulties treating the head lice on your child effectively, please contact the school on telephone on 07 5555 3333.
